Side Channel Blowers
The robust turbo die cast aluminium side channel blowers are utilized for versatile applications. The blowers are appreciated for their durability and corrosion resistant, as these are made from aluminium.
The blower series can carry out operation quietly as it incorporates low-noise, efficient IP54 induction motor and specially designed mufflers.
The rotation of three-dimensional blower impellers promotes the acceleration of the air between blades together with the radius direction. The air is forced to return back to the impeller base given to the pressure difference, supplying it outward and forward it through a spiral path. This entire action is carried out again and again so that the air can gain pressure until it reaches the housings outlet port. Impeller expels the air and discharge it from the blower through the outlet.
Longer operation life
The design of the external bearing enables it to operate in low temperature, and features fast heat dissipation and consistent loading capacity. Durable lubrication oil can be used for convenient maintenance.
Flexible steel plates are used for the base of all blower models that feature shock absorption. These are fastened with screws. It is possible to fix the bases through the screw holes on the front cover in order to enable either vertical or horizontal installation as per the requirement.
Long time operation
The lightweight Turbo blowers made of aluminium alloy are excellent in heat dissipation, which means these can be operated for a long term even under ambient temperatures reaching 40 degree Celcius. The insulation class F and H ensures better reliability.
Fully closed unit
The use of multi-layer shaft seals is done to completely separate motor coil from blower body, in order to make sure excellent performance and preventing motor damage. The Turbo side channel blowers are used in machine-building as air pump, booster, low pressure compressor, high pressure ventilator, vacuum pump and oil-free compressor. The applications are many, right from vacuum tables, blowing off, pneumatic transport, dust cleaning, vacuum lifting to cooling and vacuum molding.
